Honey Salmon

Ingredients
2 salmon fillets with skin on/off
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
Lemon wedges
Salt and pepper for seasoning

Directions
• Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic (salt and pepper if desired).
• Pour mix slowly over salmon.
• Bake salmon about 15-17 minutes or until cooked.
• Add a pinch of squeezed lemon.
• Serve.
